Licence granted
Subject to payment and these terms, CCA grants the purchasing organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased document internally for its own business operations. The licence applies only to the specific resource and version purchased.
What you may do
You may save a reasonable number of copies within the purchasing organisation, adapt the resource for your own internal compliance activity, and share it with employees or contracted advisers who need it solely for that internal purpose and who are bound to protect it.
What you must not do
You must not resell, sublicense, rent, publicly post, publish, distribute, share outside the purchasing organisation, remove attribution or watermarks, or use the resource to create a competing template, service or product. A purchase does not allow you to offer the document to clients, the public or another business as a standalone resource.
Protected fulfilment
CCA delivers documents only after a verified payment. Protected downloads use a time-limited, order-specific entitlement and are subject to a download allowance. Eligible PDF files are visibly marked with the purchaser email address and order reference. Word and Excel resources receive the same entitlement-controlled delivery but are not dynamically watermarked by the current system, so they are more readily copied after download. These safeguards deter unauthorised sharing but cannot make a legitimately received digital document impossible to reproduce or screenshot.
Support and replacement access
If you have a genuine access issue, contact CCA with the receipt email and order details. CCA may provide replacement access at its discretion after confirming the purchase and licence holder.
Important legal review
This website notice expresses CCA’s intended document-use rules. CCA should obtain legal review and adopt final contractual licence terms before relying on it for commercial document sales.
